Interim To Direct Hire: “Trial” hire. Easy and painless early conversion to your payroll or extended on ours. Contract: Time or specified results, or project basis or “Project to Direct Hire”. Mostly for technical or interim management level. Direct Hire. On your payroll the day a person begins work. A fee is charged at that time. Unbundled Services: Sourcing Only: We identify qualified candidate to your specifications and turn their information over to you. We do cursory interviews, but do not act as a selling or closing agent. We do however assure that there is enough interest to proceed. Interviewing Only: Candidates are found by various methods. Champion conducts initial interviews, in person or phone, to do screening and OBJECTIVE interest discovery and qualifying. Candidates will typically tell a recruiter different and more honest information than their ‘future boss’. This is a real timer-saver for busy HR professionals. Background and Drug Testing. We use and offer extensive, proven methods. If you do not have an account with a reputable backgound firm or testing lab, you will find this the way to go. Payrolling. Our clients make extensive use of our payroll services rather than put a new hire on their own payroll. It is the best way to do your own “Interim to Direct Hire” without opening yourself to the “Microsoft-Type Lawsuits” that have plagued employes who attempt to do their own Interim To Direct hiring (and there are MANY, MANY more reasons to do hiring through the payrolling function). Consulting: Champion’s Senior Executives have more HR and Talent Acquisition Experience than the vast majority of HR departments in companies and most HR consulting firms. We are capable of Safety Consulting, Hiring Method Preparation, Job Descriptions, Ad campaigns, Total Recruitment Systems design and confidential evaluations. Specialized Services: Large Project Staffing: Many employers who are wary of “too many eggs in one basket” will call several staffing services to handle large projects. Champion has been involved in these and is always the provider that ‘bails out’ the other staffing firms who cannot support their own part of the project except in their sales pitch. Many of these larger projects happen during the weekends. Champion functions on a 24/7/365 basis, including management, so days and hours are of no concern to us. Your project is. (Hi, we’re ABC Company, we realize it is 8:00 Friday Night, could you get 30 qualified, drug tested, screened people to report for work tomorrow (Saturday) at 6:00 in the morning?).
